Anniversary Date Ideas: Planning a Spa Date in Gurugram or Delhi

Fancy dinners are lovely, but they're also loud, rushed and often end in traffic. A spa date gives you something rarer: an unhurried hour together, with nowhere to be and nothing to manage.

Plan 1: The relaxed afternoon

• 3:30 PM — couple massage (Balinese or Swedish)
• 5:00 PM — steam, shower, tea
• 6:00 PM — a walk and an early dinner nearby

Choosing your therapies

You don't need to have the same massage. One of you can choose a firm deep tissue while the other enjoys a gentle aroma therapy. Choosing a shared essential oil makes the room smell wonderful for both.

Small touches that make it special

• Tell us it's your anniversary when booking.
• Leave phones in the locker for the whole visit.
• Bring a handwritten card to give over tea afterwards.
• Book a weekday if you can — calmer and easier to get your preferred time.
• Plan the rest of the day lightly. No rushing to a party afterwards.

Couple suites are our most requested rooms, especially on weekends and around Valentine's Day and the wedding season. Book at least a few days ahead for special dates.
