Pre-Wedding Spa Plan for Brides and Grooms: A 4-Week Timeline

Weddings in Delhi NCR are beautiful — and exhausting. Fittings, functions, guest lists, late nights and long days in heavy outfits. A simple spa plan helps you look and, more importantly, feel your best on the day.
This plan works for brides and grooms alike.
4 weeks before
- Full-body relaxing massage (Swedish or Balinese). Wedding stress is real; start managing it early.
- First body scrub & polish, so you know how your skin reacts.
- Start daily habits: water, sleep, moisturising and sunscreen.
3 weeks before
- Deep tissue or head, neck & shoulder if stress is sitting in your shoulders.
- Keep up gentle exercise.
2 weeks before
- Couple massage together — a calm hour away from planning. See our couple spa guide.
- Don't try any new skin treatments from here on.
1 week before
- Relaxing massage (Swedish or aroma). Avoid very firm pressure that might leave you sore.
- Foot reflexology — your feet are about to do a lot of standing and dancing.
2–3 days before
- Final body scrub & polish. This gives skin time to settle before mehendi, haldi and photos. Read our body scrub & polish guide.
- Coordinate with your mehendi and waxing timings; avoid scrubbing freshly waxed skin.
The day before and on the day
- No new treatments. Nothing that could cause redness.
- A short, gentle head, neck & shoulder session can calm nerves — keep oil away from styled hair.
- Sleep. Drink water. Eat.
Between functions
If you have several days of functions, a 30-minute foot reflexology or head, neck & shoulder session between events can be a lifesaver.
After the wedding
Book a relaxing couple session together once the guests have gone. You'll have earned it.
