How it works

The two therapists usually stand on either side of you and mirror each other's movements — one on your left leg while the other works on your right, both moving up your back together. Their strokes are timed to match, so it feels like one continuous, flowing massage rather than two separate ones.

The style is usually flowing and relaxing, similar to a Swedish or Balinese massage, with medium pressure.
